What is your training style:I like to consider my style "Functionally Effective" meaning that we are not only training you to meet a specific weight loss goal, but we are training your body to work and function better on a day to day basis the way it is biomechanically designed to. By training in this manner, we can drastically reduce the occurrence of injuries over the lifetime of the client and keep the workouts focused to useful things that anyone can relate to.
Why have you become a trainer:I watched my father die of a heart attack when I was 13 years old. He was only 46. I found myself falling into an unhealthy lifestyle shortly after graduating from college and while I had some success in making healthy changes, I always felt like the corporate world was going to make it impossible for me to continue to live a healthy life style into my 30's, 40's and 50's. At that point I decided that I would earn my living helping others to live longer healthier lives.
Why should a client train with you:I come from a wide variety of life experience as well as training experience. In my opinion, too many trainers are just focused on all fitness all the time and never find out what is really going on with a client and what a client really needs. Most trainers have never struggled with the challenges that their clients have they ultimately can't relate. When you train with me, you will learn how to live an all around healthy lifestyle, not just "work out with a trainer".
