Why have you become a trainer:All my life I was an athlete. I trained rigerously to be the best I could at everything I attempted. I learned to set goals and fullfill them. I learned words like dedication, determination, persistance and perseverence. Now that not competing anymore I would like to teach people what I have learned and help them fullfill their goals. I became a trainer because I enjoy doing it and I am great at it. I love a challenge and confident in myself.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:Besides my training experience I would bring my personality to your workout. I believe that you must enjoy life and have fun at whatever your doing. It is very important to me that even if you hate "working out" that you will enjoy meeting me because of my upbeat personality and sometimes childish but humorous stories and personality. I love to get to know my clients and devolope a friendship and a trust so you can feel comfortable talking to me about anything, this will help the workout go bye.
Why should a client train with you:I am profesional, effective and fun. I will get you to your goal and you will learn a lot. I will incorporate new and fun workouts whether it be Ju Jit Sui, Tai Kwon Do, Boxing or Wrestling which I am proficiently trained in all. Safety, results and enjoyment are 3 things that are very important to me and you will experience all 3. I am very flexible and understanding with my clients and I work with what ever schedule will accomadate you.
