What is your training style?
I use a hybrid, Dynamic Strength training system my staff i and have developed. A lot of the frame work comes from my NIKE SPARQ Training and education. We have found that our dynamic training methods work particularly well for those looking to build lean, strong muscle mass, and wanting to shed fatty tissue much faster than with a normal routine.
It also allows us to affect every area of your day to life, improving balance, coordination, flexibility and helps reduce stress.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience?
Our team is trained extensively in motivational speaking, and lifestyle coaching. This allows us to conduct much more than a personal training session; It allows us to transform every part of your life, we guarantee we can Smash bad habits, build new healthy habits, build you a new sexy physique, help you reduce stress, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and finally give you the results you have been looking for, when you want them!

A client should apply to train with me, only if he or she wants high end, results oriented fitness services.
