What is your training style?

He has a very easy going manner, and meets clients where they are at and assists them in reaching their goals. There will be setbacks, but he is always supportive and caring.
Please describe how you would train a 45 year old male with type II diabetes in order to lose weight?
Sam has experience in dealing with obese clients who are dealing with Type II diabetes. The good new is that even a 5 - 10%loss of total body weight can in many instances yield substantial results. uses the latest technology in body composition analysis to design a protocol that reflects your own individual needs. We would probably begin a program to increase the amount of lean muscle mass through resistance training and very easy low impact cardio.

Sam Hester has 25 years of experience in business, health care and academia as a coach, speaker, researcher, consultant, and trainer. Since 2001 he has been employed at a major institution in the Texas Medical Center, where he provides executive & wellness coaching services to a staff of over 8,000 and he maintains a part-time private coaching practice to assist other professionals to reach their goals as well.
