Why have you become a trainer?
I have been an elite athlete for over 20 years and have 10 years experience as a gymnastics and acrobatic coach. For the past 7 years I have been performing as an acrobat with the world renowned Cirque du Soleil. I am very passionate about health & fitness, and feel that I have a lot of experience and knowledge to share with others. I love to share my knowledge and take great pride in being able to help people change their lives for the better.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out?
The biggest mistake I see people make is performing exercises incorrectly. If you do not perform an exercise correctly (with proper form and technique) it is not going to work the way you want it to and you will not see results from your training program. You will be using the wrong muscles, in the wrong ways, and this can lead to postural dysfunction, injuries, and frustration from lack of results.
Why should a client train with you?
I provide my clients with the tools they need to succeed. If you are SERIOUSLY READY to commit to achieving your goals, I will make a commitment to you and provide you with the knowledge, motivation, and confidence you need to get to where you want to be. Each of my programs are designed specifically for each individual client base on their goals. I am dedicated and ask that my clients are too.
