What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience?
In addition to being a Certified Personal Trainer, I have been a Professional Ballet Dancer since the age of 18 performing with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Ballet Austin, Ballet Oklahoma, and California Ballet. I have traveled throughout the country and trained at the most prestigeous schools. I am able to use my experience as a Professional Athlete to give my clients a unique, fun, and effective workout.
I am also the owner of Fit For Her, an all Women's Fitness Facility in Oklahoma City.
Why should a client train with you?
I have dedicated the last 5 years to studying and working in Women's Fitness. My Professional background, Cerfitications, knowledge of Pilates, and Aerobics all come together to provide my clients with the highest caliber workout. I am currently the Premier Personal Trainer for Women in San Diego specializing in In-Home Personal Training.
In general, please describe your experience?
I got into Weight Training in my teens to strengthen my Ballet technique and to help with Injury Prevention. After years of training in the gym, I decided that my passion was to really help out others who were struggling with their weight. In 2004, I opened Fit For Her, an all Women's Fitness Facility in Oklahoma City. This gave me the opportunity to promote a healthy lifestyle to Women in the community for optimal health and longevity.
