My Introduction:
What is your training style?
In order to keep your costs low but likelihood of success high, I discuss your fitness and weight goals with you and tailor a program for you that's free. You'll use the free online calorie and exercise site I ask you to. You'll use the VCR tapes I find at garage sales and mail you. You'll sign up for a charity running event and gym classes that we choose together. Since I won't be there in person, all my encouragement and feedback will come online.
Why have you become a trainer?
I'm interested in expanding the "Run for Life" philosophy that helped me run a 3:06 marathon and finish 321st out of 16,000 at the LA Marathon at age 54: Run soft, run strong, run balanced, run fast, run less and run repaired. Same principles apply to my "Train for Life" fitness regiments that include core workouts and cross-training. Train soft, train strong, train balanced, train intensely, train less and train repaired.
Why should a client train with you?
I'm free but I deliver results. You'll get the pleasure of following your progress in my blog. You won't get any of this nonsense:
Run 21 Miles in Only 7 Minutes a Week
Max Muscle Mass in Minutes Without Moving
or
Only do the minimum cardio you need to lose weight. Otherwise your body will adapt and what cardio you do today you'll have to do tomorrow, just to maintain your weight.
or
HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT
GIVE ME TEN MORE
It's simple. Calories in vs. burned.
