What is your training style?
My training style is pretty unique. I am not one to yell about my clients but I do expect them to listen to me. I am a great motivator. I can help anyone meet the goal they are trying to accomplish. I am really in the business to help people lose weight and feel better about themselves after they are done working out. I love a great mixture of weights and cardio. You can't go wrong with the combination.
Why should a client train with you?
Like I said before, I am a great motivator. I love to help people over their obstacles and help them see what the future will look like once they start training. I can be in your face, but I know not to go too far. Client's should train with me because I listen to what my client's want and I adjust their training to help meet any concerns they may have. I promise once you train with me you'll never want to go with anyone else.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight?
Helping an overweight client lose weight is something I love. There is no better feeling than helping make someone's life better and healthier. I would start by showing them how to eat better and start with a good mixture of light weight training and quite a bit of cardio so they can get the heart pumping and on their way to a healthy life! Cardio is one of the most important factors in helping extremely overweight people lose weight.
