My Introduction:
What is your training style?
My style of training is that of a teacher. I want my clients to know what they are doing as they train and why the techniques they are taught will help them achieve their goal as they train, with or without a trainer. A workout must be to the point and not just for the fun. Yes, i love to have fun during the workout but each exercise is prescribed to achieve your goals. I have an outgoing personality so the workouts are definitely not boring. I have many clients who would be willing to testify.
Describe your own workout program?
My workouts consist of exercises that train the whole body during each workout. Obviously, I create a program to help each client achieve their goal. Strength training is a major part of each clients workout program. A typical workout program consist of strength training, cardio, stretching, and hypertrophy training but not conclusive to these. There are many ways to train and I love to use whatever equipment and/or exercises available.
Why should a client train with you?
Because I get the job done. I strongly believe that a trainer has to be great motivator but success comes with a clients ability to adhere to the trainers directions and guidance to achieve the goal. I have experience to backup my credentials and clients that can testify to the success accomplished by my training. The difference is in the lack of pudding:) and a strong work ethic during training. There are no cutting corners, just an honest man doing honest work.
