My Introduction:
Why have you become a trainer?
I have become a personal trainer because I love to help others realize that they can reach their fitness goals. To see someone achieve their personal best and beyond is the most fulfilling part of my job. I like to help and see client evolve into a healthier person. I want to show clients that they do not need to go into a fitness center to get a great workout and it can be done right at home and even be fun!!
Why should a client train with you?
I start everyone with a FREE Fitness Consultation. I offer one-to-one and group personal training sessions. I train client in their homes, office, or parks. I bring all the necessary equipment for a great workout and write each client an individualized workout routine so that they may continue to reach their goals when we are not training. Lastly, I offer single sessions and packages to all my clients.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight?
First, I would get the clients medical background and injury history. Then after training for a few sessions would write up a specific strength training and cardiovascular program that specifically meets the clients needs. I would then train with the client 1-2 times per week to make sure that they are progressing at a steady rate. I would also keep the client motivated to continue to exercise. Consistency is the most important part of exercise.
