What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out?
Biggest mistake people make while working out these days from what I gather is 1) they lift with their back as well with other muscles that are not part of that specific exercise or selective muscle. 2) They perform the valsalva maneuver, where they hold their breathe which will raise their blood pressure. 3) They fly through the movement when it should be controlled. The more controlled the workout the more fibers are recruited.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience?
Besides my training experience I am PNF Stretch certified. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitated which confuses your Golgi Tendon and allows me to go further in the stretch which helps release the release points. I also played college baseball (pitching). I ran a Bigtime gym being the second youngest at least in Florida. I have tons of sales experience as well as training my trainers how to train as well as sell.
Why should a client train with you?
A client should train with me because for one I concentrate on the client. 2) If i do not have the answer I will look it up or ask some of my mentors who are nationally known throughout the United States. Noone has all the answers. 3) I am fun!! I can not stand to be bored ! Neither do clients! They are human too! I teach other trainers how to train now and they come to me as well with questions. Last for now I watch other trainers and get certain ideas to use on my clients!
