Functional Training, Sports Specific Training, Post Rehab Specialization, Weight Loss and Nutritional Guidance, Boxing and Target Mitt training, Balance and Stability Training as well as Traditional Body Building and Weight Lifting Techniques, Cardio Conditioning, Structured Fitness Programing, Gold and Tennis Conditioning Programs
Why have you become a trainer?
I entered the Fitness Industry because I fell in love with the idea of helping people learn to help themselves become healthy and fit. I own a Personal Training Studio in Fort Lauderdale and love watching it grow and working with a team of quality trainers. We have Private Training Suites so clients can have privacy and attention that is solely focused on themselves.
In general, please describe your experience?
I have been training clients since I was 20 years old. I originally became involved in this industry through my interest in Martial Arts and Body Building and quickly became interested in a holistic approach to fitness. I loved working in Fitness Facilities and became very involved with both Equinox Fitness Clubs and NYSC and moved into Management positions since I was 25. I taught for the first In-House Personal Training Education Program in the Industry called The Foundation Program at NYSC
