What is your training style?
I specialize in resistance band training which not only gives you the same results as training with free weights, but is safer and easier on the joints. I use professional strength resistance bands. My resistance bands offer a comparable workout to free weights and machines, and in many ways a superior workout. Strength band resistance offers a "built in" tension that exceeds anything offered by a dumbbell or pulley system.
Why have you become a trainer?
My name is Doug and I am a certified personal trainer. I currently hold a certification from American Muscle and Fitness. I also received a letter of recommendation from the president of AM&F, Gregory Ladd, for my grade being ranked at the top of the AMFPT Personal Trainers' test scores. I am also attending college in pursuit of my bachelors degree in Sports and Health Science with a concentration in Exercise Science.I have been a Deputy Sheriff in the State of Florida for the past 8 years
