My Introduction:
Why have you become a trainer?
I always knew that I wanted to do something that would help people become successful and so I decided to become a trainer. I want people to realize that everything they can become is right in front of them, the just have to use the right map to get them there. I have been training for a little over 5 years and I have enjoyed every second of it. It is great to see the joy on peoples faces when they reach their goals.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience?
As a personal trainer I know that it is more than just the training. You must reach people not only physically, but emotionally, and mentally as well; because when all three are done proper that defines true health. When thought about they really go hand in hand. If a person feels complete inside an out they radiate a beauty that everyone wants to be around. It is great to see the enjoyment people have when they reach potentials they thought they never could.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight?
I was once overweight myself, and what I learned is that it had to be fun or I would not create a habit out of it. So I have to get to know the person in order to design a program that will work best to get to their desired results and make it something that they want to continue to do because they enjoy it. Habits are also easy to develop if you surround yourself around people that believe in your dreams.
