My Introduction:
What is your training style?
My training style fits your unique goals and lifestyle. I don't train any two people alike. You complete a client portfolio answering questions on health history, injuries and surgeries, time and equipment availability and personal goals, then our first meeting involves a fitness test. We combine your portfolio with the results of the assessment to create a comprehensive exercise plan. Your commitment and my dedication to your success keeps motivation high. Time flies during fun workouts!
Why have you become a trainer?
A sincere passion to keep people moving, enhancing quality of life and raising self- esteem. What a fullfilling relationship! You what to take care of yourself and I want to facilitate your good intentions, educate you and keep you on the road to health. Most of my clients are like myself, over forty women who want to stay in their favorte jeans. There is a lot of joy when I see them complete 10 push-ups, when one was too much.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight?
Oh, the magic question that everyone wants a simple answer. I encourage you to focus on health and strength. If you use these thoughts to create a lifestyle, then weight loss will naturally follow. If you tend to be competitive, then I would advise that you live (and train) like an athlete for a few months! Even find an event to enter that stretches beyond your normal boundaries! Enjoy movement, physical challenges and community. Be an advocate for moving your body!
