What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out?

Lack of knowledge or misinformation is the biggest problem (I'm not going to say mistake) that people have. We are constantly bombarded with all types of exercise promises, that it is hard for your ordinary individual to decipher through them. That is where, I and my staff come in. It is our job to keep up-to-date on all the latest information and explain it to you so it makes sense. We cut out the nonsense and provide you with the facts, so that you can achieve your health goals.

What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience?

I see many personal trainers who have the personality of wood. They know their stuff, but they really don't make the client look forward to the workouts. I feel that my personality has kept many of my clients with me through the years. I provide the healthy balance of getting your health goals accomplished, but make it fun at the same time (or as fun as working out can be). I also have a top notch staff, that I have hand picked to run my program and get the results their clients desire.

How would you help an overweight client lose weight?

Our Health Rejuvenation program is a 13 week program that anybody with any fitness level can utilize and get results. You can use it with us or take it to your gym with the precise instructions you need to follow to achieve success. We have provided a periodized strength training program to take in account a beginning stage, then building upon that as your body changes. We discuss interval training for your cardio, as well as a sound nutrition program approved by a registered dietitian.
