What is your training style?
I put our clients through a five-point movement screen to design a program that will that will improve the overall efficiency of how you move and get you better results to reach your fitness goals. Period. I don't take on anyone as a client unless they agree to follow the program and are 100% committed to their results. My customer satisfaction rate is exceptionally high and I can back it up with referrals from current and past clients.
In general, please describe your experience?
15 years experience (over 10,000 hours) as a one-on-one Fitness Specialist; Certified by both The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and American Council on Exercise (ACE). I have been a featured Fitness Pro on Fox 11's Good Day LA Ask The Expert segment as well as a Featured Trainer on The Discovery Channel's Fitness Challenge show. I have a degree in Psychology and use that knowledge to motivate and keep my clients focused on their goals.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight?
We have a specific program called the Quick Weight Loss Program. I have had a 100% success record so far. To assure results, I work with Teri Tom, a registered dietitian. The program includes 3 personal training sessions at Functional Training LA and one weekly check-in visit with Teri to make sure your diet is working. For people who hate to cook or want convenience, you can also get gourmet meals delivered to your door. It is for people who have no room for failure.
