What is your training style?

CPT Jack's Basic Training is a military-inspired fitness training and nutrition leadership business dedicated to helping people like you take control of their lifestyle. We offer personal training, group fitness programs, nutrition education including comprehensive nutrition leadership plans, empowerment seminars, and high quality nutritional supplements, fitness accessories and apparel. CPT Jack's Basic Training is led by Brian Jackson, a veteran U.S. Army officer and NSCA certified trainer!

What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out?

The biggest mistake most people make is beginning without a plan, or more specifically without a specific, measurable, attainable, and reward-based goal in mind. The most fundamental mistake people tend to make in fitness is relying solely on exercise as a method toward achieving total fitness. Without proper nutrition, total fitness can never be fully realized. It is for this reason that CPT Jack's Basic Training offers nutrition leadership and education as part of a total fitness package!

Why should a client train with you?

We require our trainers to maintain certification with either the NSCA or the ACSM, the two most widely respected certifying agencies in the fitness industry. Known for the toughest prerequisites for certification, these agencies apply the most professional training protocols. Furthermore, our trainers do not apply a cookie-cutter approach to our clients. Each is treated individually with a training regimen that addresses their individual objectives and training needs.
